Helicon is a not-for-profit property management company set up by PegasusLife to manage its properties across the UK. The company was founded to offer a fair and transparent property management service to the residents of all the developments.
A key aspect of the proposition for Helicon was its open, transparent, customer-centric attitude so the decision was taken to create the first of its kind residents app to act as a platform through which to evidence this unique attitude and help residents make the most of life in the developments. The app enables people to manage their bookings, keep up to date with development news, and most importantly, have complete visibility and control over their finances and how their money is spent.
Smith Dawson are responsible for the concept, strategic development and creative oversight of the production of the app, in collaboration with developers Double Eye, and working together with the customer experience team at PegasusLife.
