No. 79 Fitzjohn’s Avenue is an iconic new development of 29 apartments, with a cafe, a cinema room and spa, in the heart of one of London’s most loved and respected neighbourhoods, Hampstead village.

JOINING THE COMMUNITY

Every aspect of Fitzjohn’s Avenue has been considered in relation to the local environment - from the style of the buildings - drawing on the history of progressive architecture within the area and picking up on the local vernacular of parisian mansion blocks - to the facilities on offer and style of service - designed to be appropriate to both the residents of Fitzjohn’s and the local people.

The brand identity and communications strategy followed suit - picking up on the Parisian influence of the area and the style with which Hampstead Village has become synonymous.

Paris Fashion Week and Parisian mansion block details formed part of the inspiration for the identity.

A HISTORY OF ARTISTIC AND
CULTURAL EXPRESSION

Hampstead has long been recognised for it’s resident’s contributions to the arts world in painting, writing, poetry. Fitzjohn’s Avenue is itself a prestigious road with its own unique history - in the 1800’s communities of artists brought the avenue to life, throwing open the doors of their homes to the local community to showcase their work.
